Mother-Daughter Fun Photo Contest Winners Announced

May 9, 2022 (Little Rock, Ark.) — Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund announces the winners of the 2022 Mother-Daughter Fun Photo Contest. The contest was free to enter for anyone.  Votes were $1 each with a $5 minimum, and over $2,500 was raised to fund scholarships for single parents who are pursuing a better life through the pursuit of postsecondary education or skilled trade certification.

Julie Hart of Fort Smith is the first prize winner with her photo “Cora and Julie”. Julie’s photo received 695 votes, which translates to $695 donated to fund scholarships for single-parent students. In addition to the support of single-parent student scholarships through Julie’s involvement, she will receive a $250 Amazon gift card.

The second prize winner is Alysha Frost of Russellville.  Alysha’s photo “Silly Love” received 405 votes. Alysha will receive a $150 Amazon gift card. Micah Moore of Batesville is the third prize winner with her photo “The Smiles.”  Micah will receive a $75 Amazon gift card.
