Rosie became a Phillips County single parent scholarship fund volunteer in 2013. A certified dietician, she quickly shared her skills by providing hands-on healthy cooking/eating workshops to the single parents of Region 4. Thanks to her workshops, participants gained hands-on experience by assisting in meal preparation.
