SUMMER 2023:

Application cycle for Summer 2023 scholarships will open on January 15, 2023.

Summer 2023 application deadline is March 15, 2023. 


FALL 2023:

Application cycle for Fall 2023 scholarships will open on April 15, 2023.

Fall 2023 application deadline is June 15, 2023. 

How to apply

The Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund services 66 of the 75 counties in Arkansas along with Bowie County, TX. We provide scholarships to single parents pursuing postsecondary education. 

Applying for one of the single parent scholarships offered by ASPSF is easy! Follow the steps outlined below, and you will be on your way.

  1. Make sure you meet all eligibility criteria.
  2. Complete your online application.
  3. Submit required supporting documents.
  4. Submit your application and required documents by the deadline
  5. Eligible applicants will be invited to interview with a friendly, local scholarship selection committee.

NOTE: To facilitate the change to a new application portal and new deadlines, only recipients funded during the Spring 2022 cycle are eligible for Summer 2022. Please contact your Program Manager for further instructions on how to apply for Summer 2022. If you do not receive an email from your Program Manager, visit our website at to access contact information.

Beginning with the Fall 2022 semester, the scholarship application deadlines are as follows:

  • Fall Deadline – June 15
  • Spring Deadline – October 15
  • Summer Deadline – March 15

Please remember to ALWAYS upload FULL and complete documents that clearly identify student information.

The counties served by our affiliates (not included in our application process) are
Benton, Carroll, Jefferson, Madison, Marion, Polk, Sevier, and Washington.
