Card holders receive savings of up to 75% at participating pharmacies (including Fred’s, Walgreens, Kmart Pharmacy, Rite Aid, USA Drug, Super D Drug Stores, CVS/pharmacy, Harps Pharmacy, Albertsons/SAVON, and Harvest Foods Pharmacy). Log on to create a membership card, which is pre-activated and can be used immediately Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance - A referral service listing food banks and grocery assistance programs throughout Arkansas, searchable by county or program type. Arkansas Resource Information Cybercenter (ARIC) - One-stop connection to community services in Arkansas. Arkansas Legal Service Partnership - A non-profit partnership between Legal Aid of Arkansas (LAA) and the Center for Arkansas Legal Services (CALS) to provide free civil legal assistance to low-income residents throughout Arkansas. Arkansas Workforce Center - Links employers and jobseekers; provides self-service resource centers, personal assistance, and training for those who qualify. Bargains Galore on 64 - An annual event held on Thursday through Saturday, the second weekend in August. 160 Miles of yard sales, antiques, collectibles, flea markets, and bargains along state highway 64 from Fort Smith to Beebe, Arkansas. List of Charitable Dental & Medical Clinics in Arkansas - A small directory of clinics throughout Arkansas providing low-cost dental and medical services. Child Care Provider Search - Tool used to search a database of Arkansas licensed childcare providers. Community Health Centers of Arkansas - offers a service directory of all community health clinics in Arkansas, including types of services provided. DHS Childcare Assistance Program - Provides financial assistance to low-income families seeking quality child care services. DHS Children & Family Services - Information on assistance programs such as ARKids First, commodities and emergency food assistance, Food Stamps, Medicaid, Transitional Employment Service (TEA), and weatherization assistance. Free Charity Cars - provides free donated vehicles to struggling families to assist them in their transition from dependency to self-sufficiency. Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) - helps low-income households with home energy costs . Available through local Community Action Agencies. SingleMom.com - Information on food and basic needs programs, resources for affordable health care, assistance with prescription drugs, childcare resources, support for teens faced with unplanned pregnancy, and support for needy parents and their children. Smart911 in Arkansas - A free service provided by the State of Arkansas. Registration is free, secure, and private. Allows 9-1-1 to retrieve accurate information such as allergies, photos in the event of a lost child, bedroom locations, parental emergency contact information if a child calls 9-1-1 from their own phone, and other data. Helps first responders in the event of an emergency. Telephone Assistance Programs - Many Arkansas telephone companies offer discounted telephone service plans to make basic phone service more affordable for qualified customers.
