Complete the scholarship application using Adobe Reader.

Open the scholarship application form in Adobe Reader. Use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the page.

If you don't see the Typewriter Toolbar: from the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, then click the Typewriter button.

Click your cursor where you want to type then begin typing. It's that easy!

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Read and follow all application instructions for submitting your completed scholarship application. If an original signature is required, you will need to print out the completed form and sign it prior to submitting your completed application packet.

Scholarship Application Forms:

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring semester - December 20
  • Fall semester - August 20

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Resident of Stone County, Arkansas;
  • High school graduate or equivalent (may apply if enrolled in college and in process of obtaining GED diploma);
  • Single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced, widowed) with primary physical custody of at least one minor child;
  • Pursuing a vocationally-oriented undergraduate course of study to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family. Applicants cannot already have earned an undergraduate degree unless pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching degree.
  • Low-income person at or near the poverty level if figured on a monthly basis;
  • Apply for a Pell Grant with proof of status;
  • Must have at least a 2.5 GPA or academic test equivalency.
