Complete the scholarship application using Adobe Reader.

Open the scholarship application form in Adobe Reader. Use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the page.

If you don't see the Typewriter Toolbar: from the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, then click the Typewriter button.

Click your cursor where you want to type then begin typing. It's that easy!

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Read and follow all application instructions for submitting your completed scholarship application. If an original signature is required, you will need to print out the completed form and sign it prior to submitting your completed application packet.

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring Semester – February 1st
  • Summer I – June 12th
  • Summer II – July 12th
  • Fall Semester - September 1st

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Resident of Randolph County, Arkansas,
  • High school graduate or equivalent (may apply if enrolled in college and in process of obtaining GED diploma),
  • Single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced, or widowed),
  • Pursuing an undergraduate course of study in a college or university (full-time or part-time) to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family. Applicants cannot already have earned an undergraduate degree.
  • Low-income person at or near the poverty level,
  • Recipient of a Pell Grant or in process of obtaining same.
