Application Deadlines and Requirements

Deadline: June 15th

Applicants selected for financial assistance will meet the following requirements:

1. Be a resident of Pulaski County, AR;
2. Be the primary custodial parent of at least one child under the age of 18 and lives in a single-parent household;
3. Have a high school diploma or its equivalent;
4. If already attending school, have at least a 2.5 GPA for the most recent semester and have maintained at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA;
5. Are eligible for the Pell Grant;
6. Enrolled (or planning to enroll) full time in an undergraduate degree program at one of the following schools:
• Arkansas Baptist College
• Arkansas State University at Beebe (Little Rock Air Force Base Campus)
• John Brown University
• Park University (Little Rock Air Force Base CAMPUS)
• Philander Smith
• University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (North Little Rock Campus)
• University of Arkansas at Little Rock
• University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
• Baptist Schools of Nursing and Allied Health (only programs of 10 weeks or longer)
• Pulaski Technical College (certificate or degree programs of at least 50 credit hours)
