Click on a form link to open the form, then use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the form pages:

  • From the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, and then click the Typewriter button.
  • Click your cursor where you want to type. Begin typing. Press Enter to add a second line.
  • To change the size of text, select the text and click the Decrease Text Size button or the Increase Text Size button in the Typewriter toolbar.
  • To change the line spacing, select the text and click the Decrease Line Spacing button or the Increase Line Spacing button.
  • To move or resize a block of text, click on the block of text to show its borders then drag the text block or one of its corners.
  • To edit the text again, select the Typewriter tool, and then double-click in the Typewriter text.

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Application Deadlines and Requirements

Deadline: June 15th

Applicants selected for financial assistance will meet the following requirements:

  1. Be a resident of Pulaski County, AR;
  2. Be the primary custodial parent of at least one child under the age of 18 and lives in a single-parent household;
  3. Have a high school diploma or its equivalent;
  4. If already attending school, have at least a 2.5 GPA for the most recent semester and have maintained at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA;
  5. Are eligible for the Pell Grant;
  6. Enrolled (or planning to enroll) full time in an undergraduate degree program at one of the following schools:
