Eligibility Requirements:

• Be a resident of Pulaski County, AR;
• Be the primary custodial parent of at least one child under the age of 18 and lives in a single-parent household;
• Have a high school diploma or its equivalent;
• If already attending school, have at least a 2.5 GPA for the most recent semester and have maintained at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA;
• Are eligible for or have applied for the Pell Grant;
• Enrolled (or planning to enroll) full time in an undergraduate degree program at one of the following schools:
• Arkansas Baptist College
• Arkansas State University at Beebe (Little Rock Air Force Base Campus)
• Baptist Schools of Nursing and Allied Health
• Harding University (North Little Rock)
• John Brown University (North Little Rock)
• Park University (Little Rock Air Force Base Campus)
• Philander Smith
• Pulaski Technical College
• University of Arkansas at Little Rock
• University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (North Little Rock Campus)
• University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
