Spring semester - January 1

Summer I semester - May 12

Summer II semester - June 12

Fall semester - August 1

Single parents selected for financial assistance will meet the following criteria:

Resident of Phillips County, Arkansas

Single head of household with custody of a minor child

High school diploma or GED recipient

Pursuing an undergraduate course of study

Recipient of a Pell Grant

Must have and maintain a 2.50 GPA

Must be a full time student (12 hours)
