Be sure Adobe® Reader® 8.1 or above is installed on your computer.

Click on a form link to open the form, then use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the form pages:

  • From the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, and then click the Typewriter button.
  • Click your cursor where you want to type. Begin typing. Press Enter to add a second line.
  • To change the size of text, select the text and click the Decrease Text Size button or the Increase Text Size button in the Typewriter toolbar.
  • To change the line spacing, select the text and click the Decrease Line Spacing button or the Increase Line Spacing button.
  • To move or resize a block of text, click on the block of text to show its borders then drag the text block or one of its corners.
  • To edit the text again, select the Typewriter tool, and then double-click in the Typewriter text.

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring semester - January 15
  • Summer semester - June 15
  • Fall semester - September 15

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced, widowed) with primary custody of child(ren) under the age of eighteen,
  • Resident of Perry County, Arkansas,
  • Low income person at or near the poverty level,
  • A high school graduate or GED equivalent,
  • Pursuing an undergraduate course of study (full or part-time) to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family. Applicants cannot already have earned a baccalaureate degree, with the exception of candidates for the MA in Teaching,
  • Accepted into a qualifying program,
  • Recipient or applicant of a Pell Grant.
