Be sure Adobe® Reader® 8.1 or above is installed on your computer.

Click on a form link to open the form, then use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the form pages:

  • From the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, and then click the Typewriter button.
  • Click your cursor where you want to type. Begin typing. Press Enter to add a second line.
  • To change the size of text, select the text and click the Decrease Text Size button or the Increase Text Size button in the Typewriter toolbar.
  • To change the line spacing, select the text and click the Decrease Line Spacing button or the Increase Line Spacing button.
  • To move or resize a block of text, click on the block of text to show its borders then drag the text block or one of its corners.
  • To edit the text again, select the Typewriter tool, and then double-click in the Typewriter text.

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring semester - November 15
  • Summer - March 30
  • Fall semester - July 15

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a resident of Nevada County
  • Must be a high school senior or have proof of a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least a cumulative 2.5 GPA based on a 4.0 system
  • Must demonstrate financial need
  • Must be enrolled or have plans to enroll in an Arkansas institution of higher education or an accredited vocational school
  • Must be a parent of a dependent child under age 18
