Complete the scholarship application using Adobe Reader.

Open the scholarship application form in Adobe Reader. Use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the page.

If you don't see the Typewriter Toolbar: from the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, then click the Typewriter button.

Click your cursor where you want to type then begin typing. It's that easy!

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Read and follow all application instructions for submitting your completed scholarship application. If an original signature is required, you will need to print out the completed form and sign it prior to submitting your completed application packet.

Application Deadlines:

  • Fall - September 15
  • Spring - January 18

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Resident of Monroe County, Arkansas;
  • Single head of household with custody of at least one minor child under the age of 18;
  • A high school graduate or have obtained a GED;
  • Pursuing an undergraduate course of study at a vocational or 2- or 4-year institution;
  • Have applied for or received a Pell grant;
  • Must have and maintain a 2.50 GPA;
  • Must be a full time student (12 hours) or part time student (9 hours);
  • Must not have obtained a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent number of hours with the exception of a continuance towards a Master’s in Teaching.
