Complete the scholarship application using Adobe Reader.

Open the scholarship application form in Adobe Reader. Use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the page.

If you don't see the Typewriter Toolbar: from the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, then click the Typewriter button.

Click your cursor where you want to type then begin typing. It's that easy!

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Read and follow all application instructions for submitting your completed scholarship application. If an original signature is required, you will need to print out the completed form and sign it prior to submitting your completed application packet.

Scholarship Application Forms:

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring semester - November 15
  • Summer semester - April 15
  • Fall semester - July 15

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Resident of Miller County, Arkansas or Bowie County, Texas
  • Single parent with majority custody of at least one child under the age of 18 and designated as the primary caregiver
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have a GPA of at least 2.0
  • Have applied for or are receiving a Pell Grant
  • Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree, with the exception of those pursuing a Master's of Arts in Teaching.
  • Low-income family according to the Federal Poverty Guidelines,
