Application Deadlines and Requirements
Deadlines:

Fall - July 30

Applicant selected for financial assistance will meet the following requirements:

Resident of Miller County (Arkansas) or Bowie County (Texas)

A single parent with legal custody and have sole responsibility for the daily care of at least one child under age 18

Have a high school diploma or its equivalent

If already attending school, have at least a 2.5 GPA for the most recent semester and have maintained at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA

Eligible for the Pell Grant

Enrolled (or planning to enroll) full time (12 hours) in an undergraduate degree program within a 30 mile radius of Texarkana OR enrolled in a technical certificate or degree program that requires at least 50 credit hours
