Complete the scholarship application using Adobe Reader.

Open the scholarship application form in Adobe Reader. Use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the page.

If you don't see the Typewriter Toolbar: from the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, then click the Typewriter button.

Click your cursor where you want to type then begin typing. It's that easy!

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Read and follow all application instructions for submitting your completed scholarship application. If an original signature is required, you will need to print out the completed form and sign it prior to submitting your completed application packet.

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring semester - December 1
  • Summer semesters - May 1
  • Fall semester - July 15

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Have custody of and be responsible for daily care of his/her children under age 18,
  • Be a single head of household (divorced, widowed, separated, never married),
  • Be a resident of Logan County, Arkansas,
  • Be a high school graduate or have achieved a GED,
  • Be enrolled in (or accepted by) a public or private nonprofit post-secondary school in a program providing marketable skills to achieve self-sufficiency and a better standard of living,
  • Be a recipient of a Pell Grant or in the process of obtaining one, and
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA for scholarship renewal.
