Complete the scholarship application using Adobe Reader.

Open the scholarship application form in Adobe Reader. Use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the page.

If you don't see the Typewriter Toolbar: from the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, then click the Typewriter button.

Click your cursor where you want to type then begin typing. It's that easy!

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Read and follow all application instructions for submitting your completed scholarship application. If an original signature is required, you will need to print out the completed form and sign it prior to submitting your completed application packet.

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring semester - January 20
  • Fall semester - September 20

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Resident of Crittenden County in Arkansas (at least 6 months)
  • Single head of household with custody of a minor child
  • A high school graduate or obtain GED
  • Pursue an undergraduate course of study
  • Recipient of or in the process of obtaining a Pell Grant.
  • Must have and maintain a 2.50 GPA.
  • Must be a full-time student (12 hours) or part-time student (9 hours)
