Be sure Adobe® Reader® 8.1 or above is installed on your computer.

Click on a form link to open the form, then use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the form pages:

From the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, and then click the Typewriter button.
Click your cursor where you want to type. Begin typing. Press Enter to add a second line.
To change the size of text, select the text and click the Decrease Text Size button or the Increase Text Size button in the Typewriter toolbar.
To change the line spacing, select the text and click the Decrease Line Spacing button or the Increase Line Spacing button.
To move or resize a block of text, click on the block of text to show its borders then drag the text block or one of its corners.
To edit the text again, select the Typewriter tool, and then double-click in the Typewriter text.

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Application Deadlines and Requirements
Deadlines:

Fall semester: July 15

Spring semester: November 1

Summer semester: April 15

Single parents selected for financial assistance will meet the following criteria:

Resident of Conway County, Arkansas,

Low income person at or near the poverty level,

Single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced, widowed) with primary custody of a child(ren) under the age of eighteen,

A high school graduate or GED equivalent,

Pursuing an undergraduate course of study (full- or part-time) to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family. Applicants cannot already have earned a baccalaureate degree, with the exception of candidates for the MA in Teaching.

Recipient or applicant of a Pell Grant,

Accepted into a qualifying program.
