Be sure Adobe® Reader® 8.1 or above is installed on your computer.

Click on a form link to open the form, then use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the form pages:

From the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, and then click the Typewriter button.
Click your cursor where you want to type. Begin typing. Press Enter to add a second line.
To change the size of text, select the text and click the Decrease Text Size button or the Increase Text Size button in the Typewriter toolbar.
To change the line spacing, select the text and click the Decrease Line Spacing button or the Increase Line Spacing button.
To move or resize a block of text, click on the block of text to show its borders then drag the text block or one of its corners.
To edit the text again, select the Typewriter tool, and then double-click in the Typewriter text.

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Application Deadlines and Requirements
Deadlines:

Fall semester - July 15

Spring semester - November 15

Summer semester - March 15

Single parents selected for financial assistance will meet the following criteria:

Be a resident of Cleveland County, Arkansas,

Be a high school or GED graduate,

Be a single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced, widowed) with sole custody of one or more children under the age of 18,

Pursue a career-oriented course of study (full or part time) to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family. Applicants must not have already earned a bacallaureate degree with the exception of those pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching.

Be a low-income person at or near the poverty level, and

Be a recipient of a Pell Grant or in the process of applying for one.
