Click on a form link to open the form, then use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the form pages:

  • From the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, and then click the Typewriter button.
  • Click your cursor where you want to type. Begin typing. Press Enter to add a second line.
  • To change the size of text, select the text and click the Decrease Text Size button or the Increase Text Size button in the Typewriter toolbar.
  • To change the line spacing, select the text and click the Decrease Line Spacing button or the Increase Line Spacing button.

  • To edit the text again, select the Typewriter tool, and then double-click in the Typewriter text.

Application Deadlines and Requirements

Deadlines:

  • Spring - December 15
  • Summer - May 15
  • Fall - July 15

Applicant selected for financial assistance will meet the following requirements:

  1. Resident of Cleburne County, Arkansas for at least 30 days preceding the deadline for receipt of completed application. Applicant may be required to produce deposit receipts, utility bills, or other proof of residency (as may be required by the Board).
  2. Single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced or widowed) with sole custody of one or more children under the age of 18. Must have at least one natural child, one adopted child, or one child of whom the applicant is the legal guardian or for whom the applicant stands in the position of parent and is required to provide for the daily needs of the child.
  3. Pursuing a career-oriented course of study (full- or part-time) to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family. Applicant cannot previously have earned a bachelor level degree.
  4. Be enrolled in an accredited, public or private non-profit post-secondary school in a program providing marketable skills to achieve self-sufficiency.
  5. Low-income person at or near the poverty level,
  6. Recipient of or in the process of obtaining a Pell Grant,
  7. Have maintained a cummulative grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
