Complete the scholarship application using Adobe Reader.

Open the scholarship application form in Adobe Reader. Use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the page.

If you don't see the Typewriter Toolbar: from the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, then click the Typewriter button.

Click your cursor where you want to type then begin typing. It's that easy!

Be sure to save a copy of the completed application form to your computer.

Read and follow all application instructions for submitting your completed scholarship application. If an original signature is required, you will need to print out the completed form and sign it prior to submitting your completed application packet.

NOTE: Scholarship applicants do not have to be students of North Arkansas College to qualify.



Scholarship Application Forms:

Application Deadlines:

  • Spring - December 15
  • Summer - May 15
  • Fall - August 15

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Resident of Boone County, Arkansas,
  • High School graduate or equivalent (may apply if enrolled in college and in the process of obtaining GED),
  • Single head of household (single, divorced or widowed) with custody of one or more children under the age of eighteen (18),
  • Pursuing a vocationally-oriented course of study (full-time) to ensure a better standard of living for the family,
  • Low income person at or near poverty level,
  • Recipient of Pell Grant or in the process of obtaining one. Under special circumstances persons not eligible for a Pell Grant under federal guidelines may be considered for this scholarship.
  • Have a current grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.0 if currently enrolled.
