About the AEP/SWEPCO Scholars Program

The American Electric Power Foundation has awarded a $60,000 grant to ASPSF, to be distributed to affiliates in the AEP/SWEPCO service area in 2012 and 2013. We will sub-grant up to $2,000 per year to affiliates that demonstrate the greatest need for additional support, based on scholarship output and application processing. Applicants in 2012 will show proof that they have set goals, engaged in substantial fundraising efforts, publicized their efforts throughout their service area, and have met all of the reporting requirements of the ASPSF for 2011-2012.

Application and Guidelines

Click here for Application Guidelines. Completed applications must be submitted to the ASPSF office no later than June 8, 2012. Please submit proposals and attachments electronically or by mail. Click here for contact information.
