Click on a form link to open the form, then use the Typewriter tool to type text anywhere on the form pages:

From the Tools menu click Typewriter > Show Typewriter Toolbar, and then click the Typewriter button.
Click your cursor where you want to type. Begin typing. Press Enter to add a second line.
To change the size of text, select the text and click the Decrease Text Size button or the Increase Text Size button in the Typewriter toolbar.
To change the line spacing, select the text and click the Decrease Line Spacing button or the Increase Line Spacing button.
To move or resize a block of text, click on the block of text to show its borders then drag the text block or one of its corners.
To edit the text again, select the Typewriter tool, and then double-click in the Typewriter text.

Be sure to save a copy of the completed form to your computer.

● 2011 Follow-up Report Form (Interactive PDF - 407KB) - due April 1 - this is an interactive form that can be completed using your computer.

● Scholarship Award Report Form (Printable PDF - 26.5KB) - due for spring, summer and fall semesters, even if scholarships were not awarded
